Military Connected Youth and Families
We are thrilled to have you join us and become a part of the Hornet community. Our district goals include all students feeling a sense of connectedness academically, socially, emotionally, and physically in our school. We understand the challenges Military Connected Youth (MCY) face transitioning to new schools and communities. Our Team provides a point of entry for all transfer students, particularly focusing on academic support for military connected students. Our Parent Liaisons and Counseling Team provide social and emotional support to facilitate smoother transitions. Together we strive to ensure we are responsive to the unique challenges and needs of military connected youth.
